Every finding is assessed through the lens of what a PE firm, strategic acquirer, or growth equity investor would conclude from the same evidence. Where a gap exists, I identify not just what it is — but what it signals to a buyer, and what it does to your valuation. What is included Document review across all eight dimensions before any leadership conversation begins — strategy decks, regulatory submissions, financial models, QMS records, and board materials. Structured interviews with your CTO, CFO, CCO, Head of Regulatory, and other relevant function holders, using the X-Readiness™ diagnostic framework with targeted probing on your identified gaps. A full written diagnostic report covering current state, gap analysis, risk rating, and a prioritised remediation roadmap with 30, 90, and 180-day sequencing — board-ready and investor-grade. A two-hour executive readout session with your leadership team to challenge the findings and agree the priorities.
